I’m Evan Weissman, a real estate agent and investor, and someone who genuinely enjoys helping people think through big decisions the right way.

I’ve been in real estate for nearly 20 years and licensed for over a decade. I’ve sold hundreds of homes for millions of dollars over the course of my career, but honestly the numbers are only part of the story. What matters more to me is how those deals come together and how people feel throughout the process.

Most of the people I talk to are not just trying to buy a house or sell a property. They are trying to figure out what actually makes the most sense for their situation. Timing, finances, stress, family, long term goals. It is rarely just a transaction.

That is where I come in.

I take a consultative approach and work with you to look at all of your options so you can make the best decision for you. If you are selling, that might mean listing on the market, selling directly, or exploring a hybrid approach depending on what puts you in the strongest position. If you are buying, it could mean getting creative, structuring a stronger offer, or finding opportunities that are easy to miss if you are not looking at it from the right angle.

I invest in real estate myself, so I understand how deals work from every side. Not just what sounds good, but what actually works in the real world.
