A little history on The France Group ! (A LITTLE LONG)

Opening My First Salon my Senior year in High School , Many may not KNOW , I am the Founder of Too fierce Salons by age 21 having 6 Salons young but Driven , My Too Fierce Family grew to over 120 stylist. We created a Brand winning awards up and down the East Coast !
Growing and moving all around Baltimore we made an Amazing Name For our Selves. I taught cutting and coloring from here to Texas in many states a platform stylist. Loving God along the way...(YOUR GIFTS MAKE ROOM FOR YOU)

Wanting more time as I was entering into another phase of LIFE (Marriage and Family)!
I Partnered on Some ! (Heads UP) was Born amongst many other Salons. (undisclosed due to the still being in business)
I SOLD SOME (Star Stage) was born amongst others still in operation.
Created A New Model (SUITES) which many are still in operation.
Kept a Few (Dominican Salons) Silent Partner!

This propelled me into My Amazing Career of Real Estate

I have been in Real Estate Since 1999 !
Beginning to Look at My Booth Rentals as small houses I began to purchase investment properties. The France Group Empire was born !

Wanting to help people as I did with my Stylist , I began Residential Real Estate starting out at S Taylor and Associates.. (AN AWESOME INSTRUCTOR AND OWNER)
Leaving after a short times Leaping into Real Estate Full Force I went to Re/Max Advantage where I learned from the Best to swim (SINKING WAS NOT AN OPTION) Learning from , THE BEST not to take anything from anyone not mentioned . But I still Thank PAT HIBAN (personal coaching),ROBIN HADEL,Gersha Porter,Faye Klein (RIP), Thomas and Betty
Smith, Melanie Damon,Terry Turner, The Pakulla Family, Myrtle Webb, Dainelle Tripline, Donna Ardnt,Pam Stevens, Leslie Rock, Saundra Tillman, Erica Soloman, William Savage,Lewis Waller Azita Aarvon, Wayne Davis , Sheena Parker , Monzella Saunders and Mel ledbetter just name a Few.. One thing I Learned is this business was built on Relationships. In spite of where you worked or what part of the business one thing that was consistent was we needed each other and ALL Relationships were important.

I Learned So Much I went to Re/max by The Bay where I built AMAZING Relationships that prepared me for Ownership of a Brokerage! I Thank God for Dale Hunter and Abby Wilcox with close management of Francine Litter. A Brokerage owner was born and they loved on me.....

Paul Diggs and Pete France opened Powerhouse Realty group. Growing to 3 offices , Harford County, Fleet Street (Fells Point) and Pikesville... (Less Than A Year) we were profitable during the Shift . Life began to Change with the Settlements Stopping and Pressure on the Marriage. I signed all things over to Paul understanding what divorce or separation would bring . I said Well I got God and Brains , (I CAN START OVER) Surprisingly , With an Amazing X-Wife the Divorce was Easy.. But I interviewed with 13 Brokerages and the last one . I walked in and the lady embraced me and cried with me But one thing she did that Forever Changed ME was asked my Goals and Dreams ! That Day she had me look to a Bright future when I went there confused and Broken.
One Goal was to open a Franchise business in Pikesville again. She said we can do that ! And That we did !!!
She sent me to keller Williams International , I said GOD< FAMILY AND BUSINESS... WIN _WIN OR NO WIN AT ALL.
She set up a First Class trip and I wanted to meet Gary Keller but his schedule would not permit . Well god did it as I was Leaving on the Last Day who gets in the elevator (Gary Keller) he took a meeting with me a little young guy from Baltimore.
THIS TRIP CHANGED MY LIFE!

I joined Shari Lineberger Harris and Theo Harris ! We worked with Debbie Baxter to create and get approval to begin the process and get approval to start... People like Heather Jennings and Jackie King were the back bone of Hard work always gone unmentioned. Then Seth Campbell welcomed the idea and we went after cappers. I Thank God for my 1st Recruit outside the 13 that came from Power House Leshelle Kellam and Melton Brown to name a couple still here doing there thing! Mel Ledbetter was #1 and Vlad Katz our (Team Leader) and Investor was Shari and then it grew Jennifer and Michael Schiff, Angelo Cooper, William Savage ,Chase Freeman (original Crew) and not to leave out our FIRST MCA Beverly Willis. These people we built such an Amazing Diverse Culture. Over the years with much hard work and Breaking Every RealEstate Record Locally we have Grown To over 400 plus agents with great Leadership such as Tina Belivieu, Seth Campbell, David Politzer and Vladimir Katz.

I MUST ENTER THE NEXT CHAPTER ,with NO REGRETS !
