About Tracey

My passion for helping people and love for real estate led me to obtain my real estate license in 2017. As an Agent, I'm dedicated to generating results through providing an exceptional buying and selling experience. My goal is to offer white-glove service, excellent negotiating skills, attention to detail and responsiveness to my clients’ needs and requests. My number one goal as a real estate professional is exceeding my client’s expectations by providing value at every stage of the real estate process. I achieve this by understanding your real estate needs and making every client feel as if they are my most important client. In my corporate career prior to getting my real estate license, I’ve worked in sales for fortune 500 companies such as IBM, where I learned to master the art of negotiations. In addition, as a certified project manager, I use my time and project management skills to ensure a smooth transaction process for my clients. A lifelong learner, I have a Bachelor’s in Communications and an MBA. I’m also a graduate of Project REAP DC – a commercial real estate program. Being a 2nd generation Realtor, I have been involved in the real estate industry in some aspect for the past 20 years, so the love of real estate was ingrained in me and it was inevitable that I would eventually get my real estate license. A Prince George’s county, Maryland resident, I am heavily involved in the community.
